Two years ago I was 27 weeks pregnant and oblivious to the fact I would meet my little guy in one week. I was getting bigger and more uncomfortable but as far as being pregnant everything was going great.
It's crazy to look at these pics and remember I was thinking I in the home stretch but also so far away. It's amazing how life can change in one day. The woman in these pictures resemble me but I am a completely different person. Not just that my blonde locks have gone dark but becoming a mom and living through what we went through and now having a special needs kiddo I had to become a different person. I am stronger, wiser, and have a whole new set of dreams.
Would I give it all up to go back and tell this women what was coming, to maybe somehow prevent it...no. I am grateful for the road I have traveled. Without it I wouldn't have met some of the people I've grown to care for, I wouldn't have learned what I have, and I wouldn't have my sweet little B...just the way he is.
